The period villa in which the Lido Apartment is located has a communal swimming pool, normally open from mid June to mid September

Apartments Cusius and Horta are located a few meters away from the lake, on the second floor of a typical period building in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, characterized by the presence of ancient medieval portals and overlooking Largo De Gregori, along the main street that leads to Piazza Motta. The ancient wooden ceilings and cotto floors contribute to create a unique atmosphere that will make your holiday on the lake unforgettable at any time of the year. The two flats, renovated and newly furnished in 2012, are adjacent to each other and can be rented together if necessary, according to availability. Each apartment can sleep up to 4 persons (bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room) and is equipped with all comforts (Full HD LCD TV, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, hair dryer, wifi internet connection, independent heating). Car place in a covered parking 200 m away (2 minute walk) included in the rental price.

Apartment Lido is located in the popular lakeside resort of Lido di Gozzano, on the third and top floor of a period villa, a few hundred meters from the city limits of Orta San Giulio and only 4,5 km from its historic center. Its privileged location offers a spectacular view of Lake Orta, which is only 150 m away. The villa, surrounded by a wide secular park, is equipped with a shared pool and a private parking place in the courtyard, and is an excellent starting point to visit the surrounding area, with its many interesting places, but also to spend a quiet relaxing holiday with the entire family, with refreshing swims and peaceful nature walks. The apartment, renovated and refurbished in 2013, can sleep up to 4 persons (bedroom with double bed and small mansard bedroom with French double sofa bed) and is equipped with all comforts (Full HD LCD TV, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, hair dryer, wifi internet connection, independent heating).

Please note: our apartments are located in ancient buildings, there is no lift and the access can be uncomfortable for those with walking difficulties. Pets are not allowed. Our apartments are designed for non-smokers, we kindly ask our guests to avoid smoking in the flats.
