AVAILABILITY:

 

Check the availability of our flats for the period of your projected stay.
In case of particular needs please contact us anyway, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

 

PAYMENT PROCESS:

 

30% deposit to confirm the booking, payable by bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard via secure link).

 

Balance will be settled in cash or by credit card on arrival (we don't accept checks), or by bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard via secure link) one week in advance.


Security deposit of Eur 150, to be paid in cash on arrival (or by preauthorization on your credit card), which will be returned on departure after checking the good condition of the flat and its furnishings.

In case of cancellation of your stay, the initial deposit will be retained.

 

 

RENTAL CONTRACT:

 

Upon receipt of the initial deposit, a regular rental contract will be signed in order to protect both parties. The contract will represent a receipt of the initial deposit and the booking confirmation.

Apartments Cusius and Horta

Rates are intended for the whole apartment, regardless of the number of the guests.
 


Arrival and departure days are flexible, with a minimum stay of three or five nights according to the  chart.

The amount of the rent includes:

​

  • car place in a covered parking 200 m away (2 minute walk)
  • wifi internet connection
  • bed linen, beddings and towels (with one change)
  • final cleaning
  • water, gas and electricity consumption
  • heating (from October 15th to April 15th)

 

Tourist tax is not included, and has to be paid separately (amounting to Eur 1 per night per person, excluding children under ten years of age).


Cot and highchair available for free on request.

Pets are not allowed.

Our apartments are designed for non-smokers, we kindly ask our guests to avoid smoking in the flats.


Please note: since being located in an ancient building, there is no lift and the access can be uncomfortable for those with walking difficulties.

Apartment Lido

Rates are intended for the whole apartment, regardless of the number of the guests.
 

 

Arrival and departure days are flexible, with a minimum stay of three or seven nights according to the  chart.

The amount of the rent includes:

 

  • private parking place in the villa's courtyard
  • use of the villa's shared pool and park (with sunbeds and beach towels)
  • wifi internet connection
  • bed linen, beddings and towels (with one change)
  • final cleaning
  • water, gas and electricity consumption
  • heating (from October 15th to April 15th)

 

The pool is normally open from mid June to mid September. The exact dates depend on weather conditions, and are determined from time to time by the condo board.
However the lake and the beach of Lido di Gozzano are only 150 m away.

We are not responsible for any closure of the pool due to force majeure and not dependent on our will.
